Trump dismisses Kim's human rights abuses

President Donald Trump's Art of the Deal ghostwriter said that the president would "murder as many enemies as North Korean leader Kim Jong Un" if he had the same power and lack of effect.

In September, a Post-ABC poll showed a record high 70 per cent said that North Korea posed a serious threat, with majorities doubting Mr Kim and Mr Trump would act responsibly.

During a roving conversation with journalists on the White House lawn, Pres. Trump again took the time to praise Kim Jong Un, North Korea's brutal totalitarian leader.

The accord said Kim "reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula", but set no timetable for the disarmament or terms for independent inspections of North Korean nuclear sites. Though there is a possibility of direct communication between Trump and Kim, it may not necessarily be made in the manner of a "direct phone call", the source added. "A reporter told Trump that 'war games" was the way North Korea describes the exercises.

Will Kim, whose nuclear weapons have enabled him to strut on the world stage and trade insults with the President of the United States, give them up to become the leader of a poor backward nation, with half the population of South Korea and not even 4 percent of the economy of the South? War or peace? Do you want the president to bomb North Korea or are you willing to let him seek a peaceful solution?

He persuaded Trump to end America's annual joint military exercises with South Korea (and even got Trump to call them "war games" and say they were "provocative", which no USA spokesperson has ever done before).

Kim also had North Korea's key nuclear testing site dismantled before an worldwide troupe of reporters on May 24, ahead of the June 12 summit with Trump, signaling his nation's move toward denuclearization.

North Korea has perpetuated human rights abuses for decades, according to watchdog agencies, human rights groups and the United States government.

Trump's former ghostwriter claims the president would like to rule like a dictator.

When Trump said the last line, he pointed towards the White House, which could suggest that he was referring to his staff. Trump later told CNN he was "kidding". "Meeting with Kim Jong Un was an interesting and very positive experience". -South Korea military exercises that many military leaders consider essential to South Korea's defense, but North Korea has long considered an irritant.

Now that China has successfully brought itself back into the negotiations, it could use its position for leverage in other areas of its relationship with the United States, he said.

Trump also said it was his idea to suspend joint U.S. Following drills previous year, the North fired ballistic missiles over Japan, triggering a global alarm and ratcheting up a diplomatic war of words between Trump and Kim.

Less than one-third, 29 percent, said the summit was a success for North Korea and only 21 percent said the same about the U.S. But they need us more than we need them - President Trump is right about that - and we should be strong.

"We have a really great relationship [with North Korea] for the first time ever, no president's ever had this", he said.

OK, even Trump admitted, it would not be an easy task to rid the North Koreans of their nuclear weapons.
